PowerUp for companies

A company benefit their families can see.

PowerUp is a five-week live AI programme for the young people in your employees’ lives. We run the sessions. Participants build one project with AI and present it at the end.

Young people are already using AI. Guidance changes what they learn from it.

The question is what kind of users they become. We teach them to check what AI tells them, make their own decisions and use it to finish work they can explain.

In one 2025 study, guided AI use more than doubled learning gains. In a separate study, unguided use reduced later performance by 17%.

The value shows up at home.

Most employee benefits are used quietly and forgotten. PowerUp gives a young person five weeks to make something the family can actually see.

Parents do not have to guess whether it was useful. They can watch the project take shape and see what the participant presents at the end.

The company gets something concrete too: participation, finished work and a final showcase, rather than another usage number in a benefits report.

Dedicated cohorts also give you progress updates and a shared moment at the showcase. Batch tickets keep it simpler, with completion confirmed for each participant.

The company makes the place possible. The work still belongs to the person who made it.

Choose the amount of involvement that makes sense.

A dedicated cohort becomes part of your company programme. Batch tickets are a simple way to test demand. Scholarships fund selected places. The five-week PowerUp experience stays the same in each.

What companies usually ask us.

Very little. We handle enrolment, communication, participant support and reporting. Your HR team shares the link.

No. We assume no technical background and start from the beginning. The programme is designed for first-time builders.

Yes. Every session is online, so people can join from different countries and distributed teams.

For a dedicated cohort, you receive a mid-programme update and a final anonymised report covering completion, learning outcomes and showcase highlights. For batch tickets, you receive completion confirmation for each participant.

We have seen dedicated cohorts work well from around 50 employees upward. Below that, batch tickets are usually the simpler option.

We look at feedback from participating families, completion and what each young person made. Companies may also track retention signals and employer-brand mentions. We agree on a simple measurement frame during the kickoff call.

Yes. Companies can open places to nieces, nephews, godchildren and partners’ children as well.

Multiple cohorts per year. Dedicated Sprints are scheduled with you based on your timeline.
