Most people meet AI as one of two things. A threat that is coming for their work, or a shortcut that does the boring parts for them. Empowerment is the third one. You understand the tool well enough that it lifts your own thinking instead of quietly replacing it.
So we do not hand you a list of prompts to copy. We show you what these models are, how they use context, and how to ask for help you can trust. Then we talk about where your judgment has to stay in charge, because it does.
This is a serious workshop. We built it for companies and adapted it for younger people, roughly 16 to 25. Older people have sat in and got plenty from it too. If that is you, come anyway.
You do not really want to use AI more. You want to still be the one thinking while you do.
