First session each week · PowerUp
For the first four weeks, one live session is a PowerUp. It changes how you research, create, organise yourself or think through a decision. The second session puts that skill into your project.

We make models, context windows and prompting understandable, then help you choose a project and plan the first version.

Read with it, compare information, check what looks doubtful and work through a decision without disappearing into an AI rabbit hole.

Turn an idea into something visible
Plan the story first, then use structured prompts to make the images, design, video or music your project needs.

Take some weight out of your head
Build a Life OS for tasks and decisions. Then use AI to rehearse a hard conversation without pretending it can replace your judgment.

Second session each week · Build Hour
The PowerUp gives you a new way to use AI. The Build Hour is where you use it on your own work. Each week has one clear job.
Start with a problem, question or idea you care about. Shape it into something you can finish in five weeks.
Build the smallest version that lets you see the idea properly. It does not need to be polished yet.
Use AI to make the app, film, brand, workflow or other pieces your idea depends on.
Show it to other people, notice where they get stuck and fix the parts that matter.
Bring the project to the group and show what you made, not a deck explaining what you hoped to make.
Before you join
Ahead of the Wave AI runs every session live. The group stays under 20 people, and the focus stays on work you can build and show.
Need-based scholarship places are available. If that would help, mention it when you get in touch. There is no separate form.
