For the first four weeks, one live session is a PowerUp. It changes how you research, create, organise yourself or think through a decision. The second session puts that skill into your project.

The PowerUp gives you a new way to use AI. The Build Hour is where you use it on your own work. Each week has one clear job, so the idea keeps becoming more concrete.

They need a reason to keep going when the first version is awkward. PowerUp is live, small and built around one project, so every session gives the work somewhere to go.
The people leading each session are near-peer builders, close enough to remember what getting stuck feels like.
There is no long theory phase. You begin making in the first live session.
